I'm back on Allrecipes.com again, looking for a meal for tonight and on the front page was this Carrot Muffin Recipe. Gotta try that if I have time. Great way to sneak in some carrots. I'll use half whole wheat flour and half the amount of brown sugar will be substituted for Agave nectar. Love that stuff. Hopefully the kids will love it!
No clue what we're having for dinner now!
